At nurture, we believe in the importance of providing healthy, nutritious meals for your children. In all our centres with a nurture Cook, we offer a varied menu of fresh, healthy meals and snacks, approved by our Consultant Nutritionist, Ingrid Barry.
Ingrid Barry graduated from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland with a degree in nutrition. She has worked in both clinical and community settings throughout the UK. Since returning to Ireland she has been involved in training childcare providers in the childcare sector. Ingrid now works as a nutrition lecturer and nutrition consultant.
